Emily was absolutely wonderful! She worked around our busy schedule, found homes that fit our parameters, and went above and beyond when it came to our closing day! I can’t imagine working with another realtor in Jacksonville! We were an hour and a half way away and unfamiliar with much of the area. We didn’t know any of the professionals needed for inspections and repairs, so we heavily relied on Emily’s expertise. Not only did she take care of all the coordination, she saved us multiple trips over here by taking care of things on our behalf. This is the third home we’ve purchased, and we have NEVER had such a great and thorough inspector. Emily knows the business better than any realtor we’ve ever used and took the time to ensure all of our questions were answered.
